Ah-choo... Ah-choo... That's the sound of Hay Fever

Ah-choo... Ah-choo... That's the sound of Hay Fever

It reminds me of the day I was at Best Buy (long before Covid) getting some gadget, and the young man helping me had a sneezing fit, runny nose, and red eyes. He was miserable. “It’s just my spring allergies,” he said. “Would you like to know a spot on your ears that’s very effective in clearing allergies?” I asked. Then I showed him the spot on the top of his ear rim and told him if he held this spot for a few minutes, he might feel much better.

What happened next? He put his fingers on his ears and I left with my package. That’s the day I realized I had become one of those people who cared more about sharing what I knew than what people might think of me.

I'm going to show you below what I explained to him because a runny nose, itchy eyes, sinus pressure, and sneezing are a miserable way to spend a spring day.
Of course, there are allergy medicines. Reflexology is a natural solution until you get to the store.

Hold the allergy point on the very top of your ear’s outer ridge with your thumb and forefinger, on both ears at the same time.

How long? Until you feel a change. You can hold that point while standing or sitting. You can even sit with your elbows on a table holding the top of both ear rims until you feel the relief. That’s how ear reflexology works: Pressure on a reflex point.

There are over 200 reflexology points that can be applied on your ears. I don’t know all of them, but I sure like sharing the ones I do know with you!

Work the grooves on the back of your hands.

Reflex the grooves on top of your foot.
